If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund. faulty items must be returned back within 14 days of delivery

To qualify for a refund in the case of damage:

You must email us within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered and provide clear photos /videos of the damage .

The item must be returned to us once your claim has been confirmed.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the item has been returned to us and inspected

Returned items must be in an unworn and unused condition. Items that show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Some gemstones may become loose and drop off you will be provided with a few replacements in your order
