Refund Policy
All orders are non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged.
To qualify for a refund in the case of damage:
You must email us within 24 hours of the parcel being delivered and provide clear photos /videos of the damage .
The item must be returned to us once your claim has been confirmed.
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.
Refunds for damaged items will be processed once the item has been returned to us and inspected
Returned items must be in an unworn and unused condition. Items that show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Because each piece is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any custom designs
